I've worked in Seattle real estate for 10 years (and worked for a number of years before that as a real estate and business editor for Seattle newspapers). I'm a Certified Distressed Property Expert (meaning trained and experienced in helping avoid foreclosure on the sell side and how to buy short sales and bank-owned properties on the buy side) and a Certified Sales Professional. I'm a green agent who has completed the LEED certification course.
