I'm passionate about living in Seattle and I love working with others who are excited about this great city. I live in the Central District and have my office in Capitol Hill. I bike the Burke-Gilman and Lake Washington Boulevard year-round. I play in downtown, Lower Queen Anne, upper Queen Anne, Fremont, Madrona, Capitol Hill, the U District, ColumbiaCity. I own a parking lot in the International District, where I've served on the BIA board. I've bought and sold homes for people for 11 years.
