The spring sales flurry

The weekly count of "pendings" (sales that went to pending status that week) tells the story.
The low came for the week of Dec. 30, 2009: 220 pendings for King County. It was even lower for December 2008: 133 for the Christmas week, 153 for the New Year's week.
By February 2010, we were hitting more than 500 pendings per week. For March it went above 600 per week. For April it flowed like this:
4-7-10: 628
4-14-10: 701
4-21-10: 649
And now the newest number, just released (as of 5-3-10): 685.
Will that ease a bit with the tax credit deadline over? We'll see.
