JoAnn was born and raised in Iowa on a family farm. She is one of 8 children. It was here that she learned the value of hard work, commitment, and family values. When her husband retired from the Navy, they decided to call Pensacola home. After 24 years of moving, she was excited to have a place to make their own and call home. She has been an office manager for 11 years and has enjoyed helping agents and clients achieve their goals. She prides herself on making sure clients feel welcomed. JoAnn’s hobbies include gardening and cooking. She loves the outdoors and spending time with her husband and children, which includes the newest edition of a grandson.

Shelly M. Parks, MSC, is a Licensed Financial Associate and Insurance Specialist based in Pensacola, Florida. Through REAL Solutions LLC, she provides Medicare education, retirement income planning, and financial strategy services designed to help individuals make informed, confident decisions as they approach and transition into retirement.

With over a decade of experience in behavioral and financial settings, Ms. Parks integrates principles of decision science, executive functioning, and behavioral economics into her retirement-planning approach. She specializes in helping pre-retirees and retirees understand Medicare options, income distribution strategies, and long-term financial sustainability. Ms. Parks is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in General Psychology with an emphasis in Cognition and Instruction. Stacy has been working in the retirement and financial planning industry for over 10 years. Stacy was born in Pensacola and attended Pensacola State and Troy State University. Stacy served his community for over a decade as a Deputy Sheriff in Escambia County, where he received recognition and awards for outstanding service and dedication to both Narcotics Investigation and SWAT Team. He chose to move into retirement and financial planning as a means to be more available to his family, while also continuing his desire to serve the people in his community. Stacy and his team at Real Solutions specialize in crafting tailored retirement strategies that consider each client's unique goals, risk tolerance, and lifestyle aspirations. When not serving clients, Stacy and his wife Courtney enjoy traveling, going to the beach and spending time with their six children.

Tiffany has been practicing law in the Pensacola area for over 20 years. She obtained her law degree from the University of Florida in 2003. For most of her career, she has focused on Estate Planning and Business Development. In 2014, she trained and added Medicaid Planning to her practice. In 2016, Tiffany obtained her health and life insurance license to better serve her clients. As a part of the team at Real Solutions, Tiffany assists clients in business planning and development, estate planning and preservation and Medicaid qualification. She is passionate about empowering clients and believes in fostering strong relationships built on trust and open communication. Tiffany and her team will take the time to listen, educate, and provide strategic advice, helping clients navigate difficult decisions with confidence. When not working with clients of Real Solutions, Tiffany loves to travel and spend time with her teenagers, Ross and Alyssa.
